Delhi Schools Get Fresh Bomb Threats; Students And Teachers Evacuated

Several schools across Delhi received bomb threat emails on Friday morning, prompting immediate evacuation of students and deployment of security agencies, police officials said.

According to authorities, the first calls were received around 9:12 am. Following the alerts, Delhi Police, along with Delhi Fire Services (DFS) personnel and bomb disposal squads, rushed to multiple campuses to conduct anti-sabotage checks.


Schools That Received Threats

Sources familiar with the matter said that the threat emails were sent to:

  • BT Tamil School, Jhandewalan
  • Sardar Patel Vidyalaya
  • The British School

Later, more schools informed the police that they had received similar emails.

Senior police officials stated that the emails were sent using an anonymous ID. So far, nothing suspicious has been found during searches.
